For example, we may collect information related to your contact with our customer support team or the length of subscription time. We send a "session cookie" to your computer when you access our website. This type of cookie helps us to recognize you if you visit several pages on our site during the same session, so that we can optimize the way we present information to you. How we share personal information with other parties

We rely on the services of trusted partners to implement DataInherit. The following partners may see some of your contact data as part of their way of helping us to provide our DataInherit service to you:

- Incamail, a secure email service of Swiss Post, will see your beneficiaries' mobile number and email, but will not store them longer than 30 days and only use them for contacting your beneficiaries. All communication with IncaMail is encrypted. This information can only be decrypted by using the activation key and cannot be accessed otherwise.

- ECall, an SMS delivery service by Dolphin Systems in Switzerland, will use your mobile number to be able to deliver notification messages for activating the inheritance procedure and to be able to deliver the SMS authentication code to you.

- Law enforcement or government officials when we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure. If we need to do so to comply with law then we would potentially be forced to give away the username and email address. All other personal information is fully encrypted and cannot be seen by any DataInherit/DSwiss employee.

- All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Saferpay. We will share information with Saferpay only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website.

- Other third parties with your consent or direction to do so. DataInherit will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties in the normal course of doing business, and only shares your personal information with third parties as described in this policy.

How you can access or change your personal information

You can review and edit your personal information at any time by logging in to your account and clicking the Preference button in the top right corner.

How we handle amendments to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time by posting a new version on our website. We may also notify DataInherit account holders of changes to our privacy policy by email.
